My career has evolved around three main areas. IT training and development, customer and applications support, and digital marketing.
I spent the first decade of my career in IT training and development. In this field, my experience has been on IT training implementation, research and development, and account management. Pretty much all the different roles around IT and computer training. I hold post-graduate qualifications in this area.
The next chapter of my career focuses on customer service and applications support. I’ve worked with the entire spectrum of customers helping them work through understanding how business application programs work.
Lastly, for over two decades now I have been an avid learner and practitioner of online/digital marketing. Online marketing, social media marketing in particular, in a way levels the playing field. When done right, small businesses are now able to compete with big players and maximize their return on marketing investment fairly quickly. I am passionate about the benefits of online marketing for businesses.
